In established medium-sized companies
growth stagnates. Digital transformation challenges the way business transactions have previously been envisaged, designed, and implemented. However, success that has been enjoyed over many years is often the greatest obstacle to change, because: “What brought me here will not get me to where I want to be.” Change processes simply peter out time and again…just as I recognize how painful this can be, I also know of ways to successfully bring innovative ideas and approaches to fruition - without losing sight of the company's essence. As a result of my own solid business experience as a corporate manager, I know where to find the levers to really move things – as a driver of innovation and promoter of growth for classic SMEs.
In the world of start-ups,
next-level growth requires a growth-promoting organizational culture, with structures and processes that counter the previous creative but also chaotic “feel-good oases”. Strong investor involvement is desired, but this restricts creative and entrepreneurial freedom. Where should your focus be, and what are the priorities for the vision of the future? Achieving growth involves preserving the unique elements: retaining creativity, innovation and dynamism – that is my goal as a growth manager with M&A experience regarding start-ups.

As your consultant, sparring partner and interim manager, I have 15 years of international and functional experience in the top management of a Dax30 Group: experience of strategy and innovation development, business building, M&A and sales - coupled with level-headedness and a good knowledge of the rules of the game.
In addition, I also have an Executive MBA from ETH Zürich, in General and Supply Chain Management.
